Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga classes are warm, natural, and approachable — suitable for beginners or anyone looking to restore body and mind. Welcoming students of all levels, with gentle guidance and personalized adjustments.

Strength meets softness, spice meets stillness. A 90-mins vinyasa flow designed to help you feel more YOU—sometimes slow and whispery, sometimes juicy and loud. Expect space to explore asanas and move through moods before we let it all goooo.

Hatha yoga with props uses blocks, straps, bolsters, and other supports to help you practice safely and comfortably. The props make each pose more accessible, allowing you to focus on alignment, breathing, and relaxation. Perfect for beginners and anyone wanting a gentle, supported practice.

Settle into long, gentle Yin poses that stretch the deeper tissues, while the soothing tones of singing bowls help you relax more deeply. A calming practice for stress release, inner balance, and peaceful rest.

Start with slow, grounding Yin stretches to open the body and quiet the mind, then shift into energizing Yang movement to build strength and awaken your energy. A balanced practice that leaves you both calm and uplifted.

This class focuses on proper posture and mindful movement. Using classic Hatha poses, you’ll learn how to align your body safely and effectively, building strength, balance, and awareness. Great for beginners and anyone wanting to refine their practice.

Unwind in long, restful Yin poses while bathed in the healing vibrations of crystal bowls. This soothing practice melts tension, quiets the mind, and restores balance from the inside out.

Yoga for Office Syndrome helps release tension from sitting long hours, easing neck, shoulder, and back pain while restoring energy and focus.
