Event Date: 15/02/2026 – A mindful community run & recovery experience.
If your idea of a perfect Sunday morning sits somewhere between breaking a sweat and doing absolutely nothing, Steps to Stillness might be worth setting an early alarm for.
This unique morning experience is a collaborative event between YUU Yoga Renewal Wellness, Hello! Move and Meet, and Dorle Bakery, bringing together a gentle community run, post-run recovery and a sound bath to round things off.
It’s not a race and it’s definitely not about chasing PBs. Instead, the focus is on shared movement, an easy pace and easing into the day with intention.
The morning begins at Dorle just as the city starts to wake. From there, participants follow a relaxed loop to Chiang Mai P.A.O. Public Park and back — a little over four kilometres in total. The pace is beginner–intermediate friendly, guided by Move and Meet, with plenty of space to chat, tune into your surroundings or simply enjoy moving without pressure.
Once the run wraps up, the tempo drops. A guided recovery session helps the body unwind before transitioning into a sound healing session led by Kru Ta from YUU Yoga Renewal Wellness. Expect things to slow, soften and settle — the kind of calm that feels earned rather than forced.
Beverages are served at the end, giving everyone time to linger, reset and ease back into the rest of their Sunday.
This is a free event with space for just 40 participants, Steps to Stillness is intentionally small and unhurried, ideal for anyone curious about community runs, mindful movement or simply starting the day on a quieter note.
