Kru Ta (aka StrawberryPadthai) believes yoga is about feeling more like yourself—sometimes slow and whispery, sometimes wild and spicy. With training in rocket, restorative and reiki, his classes invite you into the in-between: where breath meets beats, structure softens and strength arrives with a wink of sass.
Instructor
Kru Patrick teaches Vinyasa Yoga with a focus on opening the hips, shoulders, and spine. His classes blend mindful breathing with flowing sequences that gradually move into deeper stretches. For those interested, he occasionally includes inversions, from headstands to handstands. His approach helps students build mobility, reduce the risk of injury, and support overall performance in both daily life and athletic practice.
